Help disbar Attorney Mary Kellett
For years Vladek Filler has been hounded by Maine Assistant District Attorney Mary Kellett. Vladek was convicted during a kangaroo trial riddled with errors. The case was remanded by Maine’s Supreme Court but it appears Kellett may be determined to see Vladek convicted of a sex crime regardless of substantial evidence supporting his innocence and no credible evidence supporting his guilt. This is a horrendous miscarriage of justice. It appears Kellett makes a habit of trying men for sex crimes absent sufficient evidence. Persecuting may be more apt. But there is a concerted effort to right these wrongs. The information below tells the story and shows how you can help, please do.
The organization Stop Abusive and Violent Environments (SAVE), after extensive research, filed a complaint with the Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar against Assistant District Attorney Mary Kellett. Others have joined this effort including many NCFM members in one capacity or another.
