NCFM member Paul Elam slams judicial system in “Vladek Filler: A political prisoner in America”

Many of you will know the name of Vladek Filler.  Thanks in part to your help with drawing media attention to his case, and the fact that he was innocent, Filler was exonerated of the false rape charges against him.

He was, however, convicted, falsely of assaulting his estranged wife, Ligia Filler, by putting a bruise on her arm. The court has scheduled Vladek’s sentencing hearing for August 10, 2011 at 9 am at Hancock County Superior Court in Maine, despite clear evidence that the assault conviction was based on fraud.

I am asking for help from MRAs to make their voices heard concerning the fraud and abuse inflicted on Vladek Filler and his children by Ligia Filler, ADA Mary Kellett, DA Bassano, ADA Paul Cavanaugh, and the local legal establishment which is determined to severely punish an innocent man because he fought for the custody of his sons and because he has defied their corrupt actions against him.

Vladek’s attorney not only filed an appeal for the assault conviction but went further and filed a post-trial motion asking the judge to acquit Vladek or order a new trial based on evidence of Vladek’s innocence.

Vladek Filler Motion for New Trial

Included in the motion is just a few irrefutable facts proving that Filler was wrongfully convicted, based on the evidence.  What the motion did not mention was that the original trial judge blocked a mountain of key evidence, including Police reports which explicitly stated that Ligia Filler changed her entire story days later after she materialized a fresh bruise on her arm. None of her prior transcribed statements about the incident were allowed at trial.

To date the judge has not ruled on the post-trial motion to acquit or set aside the conviction for a new trial.  Instead the establishment is rushing to use the wrongful misdemeanor conviction to harshly punish Vladek before blatant fraud and evidence suppression gets reviewed by a higher court.

I was just server a temp. restraining order and forced to move out my home. for the second time. I have evidence that she lied on the restraining order paper. we have been separated for the past couple years now she had moved out last year then moved herself back in n we aggreed to be roomates. basically when she gets jelouse or wants to control what I do she calls 911. she claims shes scared of me but yet I have my sprint call log showing pages of incoming calls from her to my phone, text messages threatning me. and last year her claim of abuse she had called 911 the cops came and seen that she had broke my room door down cut up the couches, and talked to my son 17 and daughter 19 who were both witnesses that I had not touched her the cops left that night n suggested I get a divorse.NO emergency restraining order or anything. the very next day she went to court talked to a judge and got herself a temp.restraining order n for me to move out. The same cops served me with the papers and were saying that they hate to have to do this but their hands were tied because she has a court order. that was last year. she then told me that if I stay away from the girl I am seeing. that I can move back in…neiuther of us went to court. then this year she is doing the same thing. I dispatch from ,my home I work for Road King Diesel. all my tool are at home.I cannot afford hotels uhauls again. and again she is calling me texting me days afteer I was served to this day. but I try not to answer.the day before the alledged abuse I was ran over and pinned under an RV and in the hospital the day I got out n went home she said Thats what I get and thats God punishing me for my sinnfull living…I even have bills from wehen she moved out and shut off everything on me n my daughter and her children who were living there I have her bills showing her mothers address where she was staying.and The turn on fees n bills I got stuck with to get everything turned back on to this day. And I have her temporary restraining order that I was served with contradicting herself, when asked if she ever had any other case with me…she put no and thius is I believe the third.first one in whittier in 1994 and I was not convicted on any of them because I just agree to whatever shes complaining about. What can I do. I want back in MY home. please help me. our court date is the 30th. My phone # is (951) 385-3691. My name is Robert P. Zendejas.

Once again, we see an arm of the government in America functioning as a "hate movement" against men. This is not new, or isolated. It's a trend as shown in "Witch-Hunting Males" at Youtube.

    and "Los Misandry" at Youtube.
