More VAWA Biden Babble

In 2008 I wrote Biden Babble and the Dancing Fool . I laid the ground work for unraveling the mystery of why Biden is blind to all violence committed against men by women.

It is well known within the Men’s Rights Movement that Biden has his head so deeply buried up a dark place that he probably wouldn’t be able to help a man axed in the head by his wife at a Biden family reunion. He’d blame the dead guy and comfort the ax murderer.

If any of you actually get to have a conversation with our feminist owned VP, please ask him if it’s Ok to pump a few 50 caliber slugs into a female suicide bomber before she blows up his office. Or, maybe ask him if he woke up to find his penis in his wife’s left hand and a butcher knife in her right hand if he would do more than say something like “I’m sorry,” which clearly he is.

Biden knows the truth. He well knows that domestic violence is generally a 50/50 proposition. I say “generally” because reliable scientific data show that young girls are more prone to committing dating violence than young men (references below).

Yesterday Biden showed up on ABC’s the “View” talking about “youth violence” and touting the Violence Against Women Act as his greatest achievement. He congratulated himself on reducing violence against women by 50%. Somehow he failed to mention the millions of wrongly destroyed families, the millions of falsely accused and their devastated lives, the millions of children without parents, and the deaths by suicide and murder, consequences of his greatest achievement.

Then, on the View, he had the unmitigated gall to take credit for forcing universities, under threat of losing federal funding, to institute tougher Title IX provisions supposedly intended to reduce violence against women on college campuses. What violence?

Last week, at a friend’s barbeque, I’m talking with the administrative assistant to a large California university campus police department. I ask him if he’s familiar with Biden’s new provisions and if he thinks they are necessary. Yes, he’s familiar. He laughs at the necessity. He tells me that in the last two years combined there were three reported incidents of sexual assault and harassment. None were substantiated. Even if one uses the exaggerated feminist battle cry that for every reported incident four more go unreported the total would be 12–hardly an epidemic. Similar situations exist on virtually any campus. Yet, now, thanks to Biden, there will be another federally funded office of Women’s Protective Something-or-Other on college campuses throughout the United States.

Biden also failed to explain that his new Title IX college program rids schools of nasty, bothersome, and time consuming due process provisions. Under the new rules, rules targeted at male students, a simple accusation of this or that should be sufficient to ruin the life of the accused. Schools are under no obligation to provide a fair hearing. The accused won’t even be permitted to question his accuser! If school inquisitionists believe he’s guilty then he is, no evidence required.

During the show, Whoopie Goldberg asked Biden to remind people that women should not hit a man to get his attention. She apparently thought our kids should be taught not to violent to each other.

Our VP replied something like, “Look, you know, of all the violent criminals behind bars in jail, they only have two things in common. One is they can’t read. And two is that they witnessed their mother, or someone in their household being beaten by their father.”

It appears Biden’s babble about violent criminals is as ignorant as his understanding about domestic violence. “They can’t read…they witnessed their mother, or someone in their household being beaten by their father.” Give me a break before I gag.

Can a Vice President of the United States be an idiot, a lackey for women’s power politics, and a hypocrite all at the same time? Are we really that stupid…

NOTE: Valerie Jarrett, is not just the Director of the White House Council on Women and Girls, she is Obama’s chief domestic adviser with direct access to all federal departments at the cabinet level. She is arguably more powerful than any cabinet member or the Vice President and has direct access to Obama. Please send her an email and politely demand that Vice President Biden set the record straight about dating violence, that teenage girls are more likely than boys to abuse: vjarrett@who.eop.gov . Then call the White House comment line: 202-456-1111.

Feel free to mention the SAVE letter that Mr. Biden conveniently chose to ignore: http://www.saveservices.org/2011/09/save-sends-letter-to-vp-biden-regarding-his-upcoming-appearance-on-the-view/

2009 Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance Survey, 10% of teenage boys were victimized by dating violence compared to 9% of teenage girls (http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/pdf/ss/ss5905.pdf – Table 12).

As reported in a respected journal a national survey of young adults ages 18-25 and on-way violence, females initiated the violence in over 70% of the cases. (Whitaker DJ et al. American Journal of Public Health, Vol. 97, No. 5, 2007)

According to the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Department of Justice, single mothers are twice more likely to commit child abuse and child murder than are fathers.

University of New Hampshire conducted a 34 nation study and found women are as violent and controlling as men in dating relationships worldwide. www.unh.edu/news/cj_nr/2006/may/em_060519male.cfm?type=n
http://pubpages.unh.edu/~mas2/ID41E2.pdf

About 300 studies now confirm “women are as physically aggressive, or more aggressive, than men in their relationships with their spouses or male partners,” as California State University Professor Martin Fiebert shows in his online bibliography www.csulb.edu/~mfiebert/assault.htm

The Centers for Disease Control recently funded a major study of heterosexual relationships throughout the U.S. and found: “Almost 24% of all relationships had some violence, and half (49.7%) of those were reciprocally violent. In nonreciprocal violent relationships, women were the perpetrators in more than 70% of the cases,” and both sexes suffered significant injuries. http://www.ajph.org/cgi/content/abstract/97/5/941

The same study also found: “More women than men (25% versus 11%) were responsible. In fact, 71 percent of the instigators in nonreciprocal partner violence were women” and “while injury was more likely when violence was perpetrated by men, in relationships with reciprocal violence it was the men who were injured more often (25% of the time) than were women (20% of the time).” http://pn.psychiatryonline.org/cgi/content/full/42/15/31-a

Let me see if I get this right. Right now feminists claim 1 in 3 women will be a victim of domestic violence in their lifetimes. VP Biden claims in the past 15 years, VAWA reduced violence against women by 50%. If you extrapolate backwards, and if I do my math correctly, that means that according to feminists, 15 years ago, 1 in 1.5 women or 2 out of every 3 women would be a victim of domestic violence in their lifetimes. 67% of women were to be victims. (a 50% decrease would mean 33% decrease which would leave you with the 1 in 3 figure they use today.) Is it me, or does this prove how ridiculous the stats feminists (and subsequently government) use to generate fear and biased views? Of course if you use the definitions feminists use, like being ignored or not providing enough money for her needs as DV then maybe, just maybe that would fit. Anyone?

      Howie,

Good surmise. It’s not you. Your brain seems to be working just fine.

"I laid the ground work for unraveling the mystery of why Biden is blind to all violence committed against men by women."

Everyone needs to realize, it's not just men Biden discriminates against. His original VAWA, and even some states' current VAWA STOP funding guidelines specifically deny funding for programs that help CHILDREN unless it first and foremost helps women. For example:
    http://www.state.hi.us/spo2/health/rfp103f/attach

    Page 66
    Section 2
    Service Specifications
    I. Introduction
    G. Limitations on STOP Program Funding

"With certain exceptions, STOP Program funded services must be specific to adult victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or dating violence.
    • Children’s services supported by STOP Program funds must show an inextricable link and be the direct result of providing services to an adult victim of violence against women. For example, STOP Program funds may support the expansion of battered women’s shelter services to include programs for children of the battered women residing in the shelter."

Yes, you are reading that right… Under the current VAWA STOP funding guidelines, CHILDREN MAY NOT BE HELPED unless there is a direct link to helping women too.

"• Male victims may receive services under a STOP Program funded project as long as the agency’s primary focus is on efforts to stop violence against women."

And just for clarification, male victims are still discriminated against, as only shelters may only get funding to help men if they also help women (but the reverse need not be true).

You guys may also want to contact your elected leaders in both houses of Congress and let them know what this administration is up to and that they need to be reined in fast. In fact let's all do that.

Biden's fraud upon the American people is caused by pure sincere bigotry. I believe that he feels completely correct in his war on men, just as there were many people, both black and white, who were just absolutely certain that Negroes were an inferior race. Biden is as bad now, as they were then. Still to this day there are those who are certain of their bigotry. Biden will go to the grave with his. He can't help it. He is damaged for life. The only thing you can do with a bigot is keep him away from a camera or microphone. The already emasculated Biden, must be dis-empowered to communicate his bigoted message of hate.
