NCFM asks the United Nations to end all forms of discrimination against men

January 17, 2012
By

discriminationThrough the generous volunteer work of our Democratic Republic of Georgia Liaison Carl Augustsson, and after review and unanimous approval of our national board of directors, over 170 letters were sent under NCFM letterhead to all United Nations Delegations requesting sponsors for the “Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Men” (below), which Carl also authored.

Thus far no country has agreed to sponsor out convention, though the Swedes were kind enough to tell us they declined; which, was certainly expected considering Sweden is thought to be the most feminized country on the planet.

The NCFM convention is modeled after United Nations Convention for the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination against Women. The United States is the only civilized country holding out on signing the convention for women. For those of you who follow the current administration’s catering to the power feminist elite, the failure of the United States to sign the convention for women is remarkable.

Mr. Augustsson is fluent in several languages and he wrote the cover letters in the the appropriate language as able. Click here for a sample cover letter . The convention NCFM submitted follows:

Convention on the Elimination
of All Forms of Discrimination
against Men

Reaffirming the goals set out in the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women,

Re-noting that the Charter of the United Nations reaffirms faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women,

Re-noting that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights affirms the principle of the inadmissibility of discrimination and proclaims that all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights and that everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth therein, without distinction of any kind, including distinction based on sex,

Noting that both men and women have faced sex discrimination throughout history, only in different ways,

Further noting that like women, men have also been the victims of harmful stereotypes,

Realizing that there will never be equality between men and women unless equality for men is also established,

Emphasizing that discrimination against men persists,

Further emphasizing that discrimination against men is just as wrong as discrimination against women,

Understanding that societies need both men and women and that men and women need each other,

Further understanding that most men are honest, decent citizens and are not criminals, rapists, pedophiles, or violent in general,

Underscoring that consenting sexuality between adults is a normal and healthy part of human existence that is to be celebrated and that attacking it is counter-productive to bringing about equality between men and women,

Determined to bring about equality for men as well as women and, in doing so, create a better world for everyone,

Have agreed on the following:

                                                                 Part I

The amount of support that you can gain can be over whelming but it will take millions actually tens of millions it can be done I believe this. In Florida alone the movement could be tremondous. The majority of men have no idea a Mens Rights Movement exist . Every time I talk to men in Northern Florida they talk about child support, men commiting suicide they are so broke many of these men can not afford to have sex with the women in the local area it s a issue of simply finances and nothing more.

As a Mens Rights Activist I respect women and want them to have fair treatment I feel Mens Rights Activist should not be at war with women but simply devote themselves to promoting social justice for men its not a social issue in this day and age its truly an issue of fighting against terrorism.

I feel the Mens Rights Movement is a Counter Terrorism movement saying no more to injustice towards men and yes to human rights for men..

    Questions to Mens Rights ?

How many men that live in ghettos can actually rent their ?

Answer : Not even 2% which has made America the GLOBAL LEADER in incarceration its no wonder people tell us to get the hell out. Our grown men in ghettos have to sell drugs and commit crimes to live they need reeducation and reinforcement in other worlds a support system. We are not a third world country but men are the least likely to become renters in low income apartments this actions has created a homeless population of men that is almost 92% male perhaps even higher. The statistics will not be released concerning how many men vs women can have equal access to housing through the Freedom Of Information Act since it may prove Disparate Treatment and Disparate Impact .Hud states that no America should spend more than 35% of their money on rent many men paying child support are paying up to 89% and higher to live .Many men in major cities like Orlando are resorting to crime to make ends meet the numbers are in the 10,000 of thousands without a doubt.

How many men in oppressed with old criminal charges can go to school ?

The answer is unknown since WIA funds are given to mostly women and men with families . The majority of men with felony charges I believe is well over 40 million in America. We know have forced these men to not just become homosexuals and live alienated lives but to live a life of unhappiness with no way to be happy since they can not educate themselves. The Pell Grant which virtually all Americans with low wage use to go to school is denied to African American men with old drug charges. The last community I lived in 100% of all men sold drugs or did prison time . The entire place has
been filled with a new generation of youth that are being recycled into the system as I speak at this moment. Violence and crime will not change their issues but love ,unity and respect can.

In my studies of crowd management and dealing with large groups I found that people are drawn to movements that have a building a club and opportunities with just 3 percent of the Funds that feminist organizations get its enough to take all men out the ghettos of Florida and turn them into respectable men with livable wages.

When Mens Rights Activist utilize the poor peasant people they will get the support they need especially in places like Miami ,Chicago, New York City . I see the potential for a massive Mens Rights Movement in the future like way way in the future . Mathematically it is inevitable that a major movement will occur. Its all about marketing and reaching out to the masses. Clubs are needed pool halls , and decent places to reeducate the masses unnoticed can be a great tool to change the future for men.

The ability to create” history ” lies in proof and fact and major support not bills and papers not to say he should give up on this bill it worth fighting for to the death.

The support that the Mens Rights Movement can gain is over whelming its all about what you can do to make others life better and from the looks of things Mens Rights Activist havent reached the masses the amount of men complaining about child support their inability to date or rent the issues men face today I feel can not be taken care of unless large amounts of money are in the picture . Not no 40 or 50 million its going to take alot of money to reach the masses .

I feel fighting against terrorism will not be easy but it can be done.

Dont give up support rights for men. We have the right to live here also.

Written by someone that isnt paid to stand for dignity.

In my opinion, this article has some glaring flaws.

First off, it’s because men can’t get pregnant that exceptions for pregnancy, while well meaning, are completely out of place in a piece of text with the aim of ending discrimination against men. Turning biological differences into a matter of legal double standards in regards to who gets to live and die is abhorrent Such tripe shouldn’t even warrant mention. It leaves open the opportunity for abuse in the form of incentivizing women to lie. There wouldn’t be pregnancy tests carried out in the middle of a battlefield. If a building’s collapsing, all a woman will have to do is cry pregnancy to be prioritized over men. To see a document intended to bring about equality enshrine within its language an official be all end all pussy pass when it would count the most makes such exceptions appear to be nothing more than the gravest betrayal of the convention’s noble intent.

Article 14 is just as ill conceived. So it’s the naive young boys who can’t support wives or children who should be allowed first dibs at the mating game? Something seems a bit nonsensical about that notion. If the law recognizes the right of kids to consent to sex with one another, it establishes the validity of child consent in general and thus destroys any logical basis for age of consent laws in the first place. However, there’s a good chance that as long as such laws are not repealed then men who lay with children would still be the (only) ones still prosecuted for participating in the act while the establishment of child consent would make a convenient get out of jail free card for women. It also leaves open the opportunity to prosecute boys the second they come of age if they’re currently engaged in a sexual act with a minor, even if the relationship started when he himself was a minor. Rather than carving out exceptions to a law that’s clearly misguided by 8 years, the age of consent should either be lowered or abolished if children, regardless of age, are legally allowed to have sex with one another.

As for the lewd pictures clause, this document lets child pornographers (if they’re the children themselves) off the hook while those who view the images they send would still be liable for penalties possibly greater than they would be faced with had they gone out and raped a child. However, if children viewing and distributing child pornography is acceptable by the standards of this document, doesn’t it require mental gymnastics to apply a separate and completely opposite standard to adults? Such stipulations trade discrimination against boys and men for discrimination against men alone. However, because those boys will one day be men, I honestly doesn’t see any real difference. It even leaves open the same possibility of prosecution upon coming of age for doing as a man tomorrow what a boy did as a child yesterday. If anything, trying to bend absolutist lines in the sand to fit pretzel logic defeats the entire point of doing so.

As for Article 14, it should simply recognize the rights of both boys and girls to bodily autonomy, including the right to spread their photos and legs for viewers and suitors interchangeably, for better or worse, and the problem of child prosecution would be solved. Granted, new problems might spring up. However, there is nothing to be gained by trying to make an obviously ageist law tailored to sexually repressing lustful children protective of minors without also addressing the reality that it’s the sexually repressive nature of the law itself, as well as the doublethink mentality that states children are simultaneously capable and incapable of consent, that put children in danger of prosecution in the first place. Maybe it’s time for society to accept that some children lust after people, some people lust after children and that the issue should, like all private relationships, be dealt with not by the law but by the individuals, their families and possibly their communities without government intervention except in the case of “real” crimes like rape, slavery, coerced exploitation or even the possible lynching, beating or murder of “pedophile scum” by moral crusading extremist vigilantes who think the best way to protect a child is to kick down his bedroom door and gun down whoever might be in the same bed with him including any unfortunate parents who quite possibly might be doing nothing more than comforting a child after he wakes up from a nightmare. I’m sure that even without witches, niggers and pedophiles to loathe, we’ll still be able to find plenty of people with differences ripe for unwarranted demonization and merciless scorn. If I may make a suggestion, how about the “feminist elite”. Sure aren’t so much stereotypical boogeyman as they are a very real threat to male prosperity, but does that really make a difference?

Article 15 is just downright shameful in its advocacy for the perpetuation of a legally influential second class citizen’s registry. Much like false rape allegations, the goal isn’t just to disincentivize criminal behavior but also to create the same sort of lifelong social, financial and even physical death via vigilante or suicide. It continues punishing criminals who have already done the time for their crime and constitutes a form of cruel and unusual punishment. We don’t have murder registries, thief registries or Jew registries, so I find it odd that we make an exception for “sex offender” (read as: “bad men”) registries. Doesn’t trying to turn ex-cons into suicidal social pariahs, no matter how much it sates the barbaric bloodlust of anti-rape crusaders, also constitute a form of discrimination? As they are still citizens, they should have an equal right to not be declared subhuman once released by a criminal justice system that has already deemed them free men once again. Sex offender registries, if nothing else, serve only the goal of illegitimizing the actual criminal justice system by implicitly declaring prison insufficient for a select group of people. Taken to its logical conclusion, such thinking leads to capital punishment that will, of course, be reserved almost exclusively for men.

Ironically, despite Article 18 stating that openness with sexuality is a goal that society should have, Article 19 only ascribes the ability to consent to legal adults whose age equals an arbitrary number that may or may not be tied to their actual knowledge of carnal relations. For the state to decide when you know about sex via a magic number seems terribly mistaken. While the principle may be admirable, such a draconian restriction isn’t even worth the potential harm it seeks to avert. It’s only led to the prosecution of minors. Denying the sexuality of post-pubescent humans regardless in the name of the state’s magic number leads to nothing but a clash between the idealization of infants and the reality of humanity’s natural mating instinct. The latter doesn’t really care when the state wants it to kick in. And yet when it comes to prostitution, the commoditization of the human body and reduction of its value to a measure of currency, that’s the only thing worth decriminalizing? I agree, but it still seems like nothing more than a highly selective application of “openness with sexuality” that excludes other areas where society represses sexuality.

Articles 20 and 22 still allow for financial slavery in the form of alimony and child support, despite both being draconian institutions that are as archaic as they are discriminatory. They also lead men down the path to a debtor’s prison sentence. This is inexcusable. The alimony segment doesn’t even mandate that it be exclusively for the benefit of the former spouse, rather than any new boyfriends, husbands or lovers she might partake in. In terms of the absolute minimum, that might still be an unreasonable level of alimony without restrictions mandating that, like with child support, it be adjusted or cancelled altogether if men were inflicted with reduced income and lost their ability to pay. Still, tailoring financial rape to be less abusive doesn’t solve the underlying problem that judicial discretion could still be used to return those beasts to the scourges they evolved from. It makes much more sense to simply outlaw such financial shackles unjustly placed upon enslaved men at women’s behest.

Honestly, I’m with Sweden. At best this is a “Convention on the Elimination of only Some Forms of Discrimination against Men”. Because of the flaws, concessions and at times the outright suspension of logic for the sake of chivalrous principle this declaration is far from good let alone perfect. If it was modified to be logically sound enough such that criticisms could be contained within a single paragraph then maybe it would be worth praising. Unfortunately, the stain of infantilizing white knighthood for the sake of women and children detracts from its overall value. Despite that, at the very least, it was still an informative and mostly agreeable read.

We’ve been soliciting comments and appreciate the ones above. However, it would be helpful if you would include terminology to replace that which you feel is deficient. Then we can consider it more closely and revise as appropriate. Thank you for taking the time to offer a well considered comment. We look forward to your proposed language.

    • Carl Augustsson on October 6, 2013 at 7:00 AM

First of all, thank you for taking the time to provide me with feedback. I will respond.

The part about pregnant women was intended more for the unborn child, and not so much for the mother. Besides, I was worried we would look harsh if we didn’t mention something about that. I realize that a woman could always lie about that, but still. After all, an except is merely permitted; it is certainly not required. Even with this exception there would still be less chivalry in the world than there is now.

Also, perhaps there should be no sex offender registries, but ones that only list those who are truly threats aren’t a bad thing per se. The point is is that it is possible to end up on one of these registries for merely urinating on the side of the road, or doing something else at the same level. I was working against that. Again, sex offender registries are certainly not required.

In addition, I think you missed the point of the statutory rape laws clause. There have been cases of underage boys prosecuted for sex with underage girls. I was trying to help those boys!

I think it’s a shame you focused so much on places where you think I didn’t go far enough or compromised too much, rather than all the positives. Still, I welcome all feedback!

This shows everyone just how deep it goes. I am stunned at the open-faced discrimination at the highest levels across the world.

  4. Chris on January 23, 2012 at 10:41 AM

This is great news that an official application has been made to the UN . One point I did not see in the Declaration was that of equal sentencing for equal crimes. This has been clearly shown to be the case across a range of crimes. Men are routinely sentenced to longer terms for identical crimes in the US , UK and Canada. Just as judges were forced to get gender sensitivity training in the 70s to appease women’s advocates, so should we now have gender fair sentencing training for judges. It is even worse in other countries such as Singapore and Malaysia where it is actually written into the penal code that men get mandatory much harsher sentences for a variety of crimes . This is astonishing in countries which are trying their hardest to become “First World”. In Singapore for example graffiti writing or a travel visa violation would get you a year or so in jail if you re a female. If you were a man on the other hand you d get the same jail term PLUS a caning which is the worst part of the sentence. For those who don’t known, “caning” is brutal . The male victim is stripped naked tied to a wooden trestle and has his buttocks torn up to a bloody pulp by heavy lashes from a flexible half inch thick heavy cane. These victims suffer for months with this and have permanent scarring. This punishment occurs several thousand times per year in Singapore even for non-violent crimes . It is mandatory for a whole range of crimes if you re man , if you re women you just get the jail portion. Astonishing
I hope that the NCFM will not let this go and continue to hassle the UN to bring it the fore.

I have a question for anyone . If ERA were passed in the future , would that alone not cover all discrimination against men or women and therefore address all the items in this declaration for men’s equality?

    Here an update:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hc8PM9ObAV0

We all have to Admit that here in the US and the Western World today we truly live in Misandric Society – Biased Against Men.

Every Day Men are Falsely Accused as a way for the Woman to Gain Advantage in a Divorce, or as a part of an Immigration Fraud Scheme ( Google: VAWA False Accusations ), or for pure Vengeance…

I started researching the issue and I found out that there is a ( Google this: ) VAWA Immigration Loop-hole …

The next surprise I got was that I learned that VAWA is completely Unconstitutional in that it is Gender Biased.

The next surprise I got was that the reason for this are the Marxist Feminists in OVW (a part of the DOJ) and the Domestic Violence Industry, which receives $1 Billion a year as VAWA grants from the Federal Government.

The next surprise I got was that I learned that Family Courts and Police practices are also gender biased and that because of the Marxist Feminist in OVW/DOJ due process is not followed, and that the (falsely) accused man is assumed guilty even when there is no evidence against him.

Then I was told that Men's lives are being and have been destroyed because of the False Accusations Epidemic of Sexual Harassment, Domestic Violence and Rape we have in the US (and the rest of the Western World).

This Song is me, Summarizing the Consequences of 45 years of "Feminist" Domestic Violence Industry Evil Indoctrination that is now Indoctrinated into Politics, the Government, Courts, Police and General Public, Encouraging an Epidemic of False Accusations of Sexual Harassment, Domestic Violence and Rape, that:

    – Women are Good, All Men are Violent and Rapists!
    – Women are helpless Victims, Men are Perpetrators!
    – Women need Help and Protection, Men must be Restrained, Prosecuted and Jailed!

I Wanted a Job, But there is No Job for Me
I Wanted Education, But there is No Grant for Me
I was by a Woman Abused, But there is No Help for Me
I was Falsely Accused, But there is No Relief for Me

There is No Job for Me Because I am a Man
There is No Grant for Me Because I am a Man
There is No Help for Me Because I am a Man
    … Because I am a Man

Forty Five Years of Domestic Violence Industry and Feminism Lies
That Women are Good and Men are Bad
That All Men are Violent, That All Men are Rapists
Resulting in an Epidemic of False Accusations

An Epidemic of False Accusations by Women Against Men
Of Sexual Harassment, Domestic Violence and Rape
Is Sweeping Across the Country from East to West
Destroying Everything Standing in its Way

    These Lies are Destroying Men
    These Lies are Destroying Fathers
    These Lies are Destroying Families
These Lies are Destroying Our Society

In the interest of fairness, justice and equality under law, let us hope this Convention goes forward at the U.N.

It is interesting that a sponsor has thus far not been found. Are those countries not stepping forward so openly in favor of prejudice, discrimination and injustice against men?

Perhaps the exploitation and disposability of males is just too profitable for any country to show an interest in supporting men's rights. :-/

This is what we are talking about! This made my heart race.

Truly Inspired, it covers everything. Who could argue against this? Tyrants and bigots, that's who.

    Sanity.

So, How do we defeat 45 years of "Feminist" Domestic Violence Industry Evil Indoctrination that is now Indoctrinated into Politics, the Government, Courts, Police and General Public, Encouraging an Epidemic of False Accusations of Sexual Harassment, Domestic Violence and Rape, that:
    – Women are Good, All Men are Violent and Rapists!
    – Women are helpless Victims, Men are Perpetrators!
    – Women need Help and Protection, Men must be Restrained, Prosecuted and Jailed! ?
