NCFM sends California Public Records Act (CPRA) request to San Mateo County re treatment of male versus female domestic violence arrests and prosecutions

March 18, 2017
By

We have enough reason to believe that San Mateo County, California, treats similarly situated male and female perpetrators (alleged or otherwise) disparately. A plethora of validated scientific evidence confirm women just as often commit violent acts of domestic violence as do men. Yet, alleged male perpetrators, many of whom are the true victims, are prosecuted more fully than are similarly situated female alleged perpetrators who are most often viewed as victims. Such disparate treatment has to stop. Please feel free to use the request for information below as a model to request information from the government in your area. If we inundate governments with such requests maybe they’ll begin to understand that we need to deal with behavior not gender.

LET’S GET IT STRAIGHT, SAN MATEO COUNTY ISN’T THE ONLY COUNTY THAT THROWS MEN INTO PRISON OVER A FEMALE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. SOLANO COUNTY DOES THE SAME THING JUST ON THE WOMAN’S WORD.
BUT THERE IS ANOTHER PROBLEM THAT THEY OVER LOOK, (IT’S CALLED THE CALIFORNIA RAPE SHIELD LAW ) WHICH TELLS THE COURT THAT THE DEFENDANT CAN’T TESTIFY AGAINST THE VICTIM AND BRING UP HER PAST EVEN IF IT IS DIRTY, LIKE MINE WAS, SHE WAS A 51/50, MULTI PERSONALITY, HAD MENTAL PROBLEMS THAT PUT HER IN THE MENTAL WARDS OF 3 MENTAL HOSPITALS AND SHE FAKED HER HEARING TEST SAYING SHE WAS DEAF SO SHE COULD GET SSI,.
I MOVED OUT IN SEPTEMBER OF 1991 AND WENT AND LIVED IN ANOTHER TOWN AND NEVER RETURNED TO SOLANO COUNTY BUT SHE KEPT MAKING FALSE POLICE REPORTS TO HER DETECTIVE FRIEND WHO NOW IS A PATROLMAN FOR SOME REASON, HE WOULD COME OVER TO HER APARTMENT AT NIGHT AND MAKE HER SERVICE HIM OR HAVE HER KID TAKEN AWAY, SO SHE DID. THE REASON I KNOW THIS IS I HAD A FRIEND GO TO BENICIA AND HE CAUGHT HIM AT THE HOUSE IN HIS SHORTS, SOCKS, T-SHIRT. THAT’S NOT ALL HE THREATENED MY FRIEND IF HE WOULD MENTION THIS TO ANYONE WHICH HE DID (ME) AND I WROTE IT DOWN IN MY JOURNAL WHICH I KEPT AND WILL TURN IT OVER TO THE DA WHEN THE TIME COMES.
I WAS SENT TO PRISON FOR A CRIME I DIDN’T COMMIT BUT JUSTICE IS REALLY BLIND I CAN TESTIFY TO THAT. SOLANO COUNTY IS CALLED (THE SO-LONG-COUNTY) WHICH MEANS YOU GO TO PRISON NO MATTER WHAT SO YOU WOMEN BETTER THINK BEFORE YOU SEND A MAN TO PRISON YOU ARE JUST AS GUILTY ALL YOU FEMINIST WHO ARE NOT GOD BUT FAKES.!!!!!!

I was taken out of my parents house in handcuffs at 12:30 at night over a drunk alcoholics word.My attorney told me to plead guilty or there was a 50/50 chance the jury would believe her and I would go to jail. She claimed I twisted her foot until it broke her ankle and she said is that what the marines taught you to do.They should pass a law if a person accuses another person and is found not to be telling the truth they go to jail. Why do they always believe the woman? Then women cry for equal rights. Where are our rights?
