NCFM Treasurer, Deborah Watkins, “REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS: A MORE COMPLETE EXAMINATION”

REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS: A MORE COMPLETE EXAMINATION By Deborah Watkins NCFM Treasurer                  So often any discussion about reproductive choices as they affect both genders immediately goes straight to the abortion issue. Boys in Custody and the Women Who Abuse Them

NOTE…and some people still want to blame it on males, even young boys. Young boys in prison making suggestive remarks to female guards are responsible for the female guards having sex with the boys…WHAT? The high-priced prison guards are seduced by incarcerated males not old enough to vote! WHAT? Insane, disgusting…beyond ignorance…only valid for...

NCFM Member Elijah Ward, the third installment in a continuing series, “How to Eat a Guardian ad Litem for lunch”

After the fathers in New Hampshire got together in recent years via social media, we came to realize that even though the facts of our cases were different, the courts treated our cases in similar ways.  Sequential actions were conducted that first took our children away in secret hearings that we had no recourse...

NCFM Australia Liaison Greg Andresen inquires of Parliment why men’s groups did not recieve an invitation to testify

NCFM NOTE from this side of the other pond: NCFM members and other activists in Los Angeles, California and elsewhere are experiencing similar problems as reported below in a letter from our allies in Australia.  Administrators of such publicly funded domestic violence organizations are often politically insulated, arrogant and hypocritically demonstrate the very same...

Landmark decision from German high court outlaws male circumcision

A German court just ruled that infant male circumcision is ILLEGAL and can subject the perpetrator to prosecution for ASSAULT (just like for infant female circumcision)! This is a HUGE victory for the anti-circumcision movement and children’s rights. Male circumcision removes the foreskin of the penis. The foreskin contains most of the high sensory...

Utah Adoption Council president resigns amid fathers’ rights controversy

There’s been a very choreographed effort to sweep birth fathers and others under the rug,” Hutchins said.  He’s absolutely right.  But no, men don’t face systematic sex discrimination, do they?  And we don’t need a men’s rights movement either, do we, at least not according to our misandric friends.  But things are a changing. The...

Celebrating Families. Who is the Evil Empire Now? By Eric Ross, Ph.D. When Harry Crouch, NCFM President, asked NCFM members to find examples of celebration of family, men, and parenthood, I replied almost immediately with a rather sarcastic note. Unseen Injustice – drummed out of the United Stated for wanting to see his children…

Unseen Injustice In today’s world of political correctness and empowerment of women, the rights and freedoms of men have been downgraded to the point that they are now considered a second class citizen in the eyes of the US civil court system. File a Federal Complaint

If you have specific instances of discrimination against male domestic violence victims by any government-funded DV program anywhere in the U.S., please send all evidence you have to the following federal agencies as a complaint, and state that this violates United States Code, Title 42, Section 3789d(c)(1). Give them as much evidence as you can. They are supposed to investigate it. After several months you may get a letter back saying there is "insufficient evidence" and that they need more information such as dates and times of the discrimination, names of the programs and contact info, names and contact info of witnesses, documents or records, and a detailed chronological narrative. So, re regarding evidence, the more the better. You can send the complaints by email, mail, or both. Send them to: Office of Civil Rights Office of Justice Programs U.S. Department of Justice 810 7th Street, NW Washington, DV 20531 Office of the Inspector General inspector.general@usdoj.gov oig.hotline@usdoj.gov
