NCFM – another first! Gender Roles Discussion event at San Francisco Federal Building to address Men’s Issues

NCFM NOTE: Special thanks goes to NCFM San Francisco Chapter member Jeanne Falla for making this happen. It took her several months to arrange and coordinate this event. Rarely do we have the opportunity to take part in a discussion between a well-known women’s studies professor and an extremely knowledgeable MRA. We believe that’s...

NCFM Carolinas submits written testimony to US Senate Committee on sexual assault on college campuses

We strongly recommend that you watch the hearing on campus sexual assault above. Look at the witness list. What you will hear and see is an absence of anyone representing our views, including the one male victim paraded before the committee. All the witnesses are invited by those who control the committee, and it...

National Coalition For Men gets honorable mention in the National Review

NCFM Member’s saga: Three DUI’s in two years, car wrecks, suicide attempt, drug abuse… and she gets custody of the children!

By Anonymous I am watching the two Cichlid fish flit about the aquarium in the playroom. My 3 year old son and I picked them out last week. At the pet shop he set his sights on the ugliest fish in the tank, a tan and pink “calico” with black markings. It looked like...

NCFM PR Director J. Steven Svoboda published in the National Post: The perils of circumcision

By J. Steven Svoboda Last month, the National Post published Mark Joseph Stern’s article (“’Intactivists’ against circumcision, Sept. 19) criticizing  anti-circumcision activists, whom Mr. Stern dismissed as “fringe,” “paranoid” and “bizarre.” But individuals committed to safeguarding children from unnecessary surgical interference include leading scientists, pediatricians, public health researchers, bioethicists, medical historians, and human rights...

NCFM NOTE: The observations below about women in the military are in better context if you first read the last two posts. It’s certainly a matter of perspective? File a Federal Complaint

If you have specific instances of discrimination against male domestic violence victims by any government-funded DV program anywhere in the U.S., please send all evidence you have to the following federal agencies as a complaint, and state that this violates United States Code, Title 42, Section 3789d(c)(1). Give them as much evidence as you can. They are supposed to investigate it. After several months you may get a letter back saying there is "insufficient evidence" and that they need more information such as dates and times of the discrimination, names of the programs and contact info, names and contact info of witnesses, documents or records, and a detailed chronological narrative. So, re regarding evidence, the more the better. You can send the complaints by email, mail, or both. Send them to: Office of Civil Rights Office of Justice Programs U.S. Department of Justice 810 7th Street, NW Washington, DV 20531 Office of the Inspector General inspector.general@usdoj.gov oig.hotline@usdoj.gov
