NCFM files opening appellate brief in NCFM v. Selective Service System

If you have been following this case, you will recall that last year the lower court dismissed NCFM v. Selective Service System as premature (not “ripe”) because the military had not completely implemented its new policy of allowing women to hold combat positions. NCFM Vice-President Marc Angelucci, Esq., our attorney, appealed to the 9th Circuit Court....

NCFM Adviser Michael Conzachi … With all the current and past negative history coming out of Duke University, some very good men shine through.

With all the current and past negative history coming out of Duke University, some very good men shine through. With the ongoing and past negative history coming out of Duke University and the false rape, manufactured criminal charges, and disbarment of corrupt prosecutor Mike Nifong, I thought I would take a moment to report...

NCFM Adviser Michael Conzachi — Another Ill Conceived Legislative Proposal in the making for the “Alleged” Epidemic of Sexual Assault in the Military…

NCFM NOTE: Make no mistake, what Michael is talking about is nothing more than another attempt to transfer power and control to ideologues after another brainwashing attempt to convince us that there’s an epidemic of rabid rapists behind every bush, but only after expanding definitions of sexual assault including finger wagging and cat whistles...

Joseph Kerr wasn’t prepared for an abusive wife–and the systems in place to help weren’t ready either.

NCFM NOTE: Below is a must read article from the Good Man Project. Just yesterday I spoke with another active duty soldier. Married over 15 year, with three children, his borderline disordered wife with one official military finding of being abusive, he knew not what to do. The last time she attacked him he...

NCFM’s Opposition to the Federal Government’s Motion to Dismiss NCFM’s lawsuit against the Selective Service System

NCFM NOTE: Below is NCFM’s opposition to the Selective Service System’s motion to dismiss our lawsuit to stop the horrific gender discrimination within the Selective Service System. Once laws were repealed preventing women from holding combat positions in the military they became “similarly situated” as men. Hence, all legal prohibitions requiring women to register...

Dragonslayer Schlafly wrong on Selective Service

Dragonslayer Schlafly wrong on Selective Service

Phyllis Schlafly is best known as the dragon-slayer of the Equal Rights Amendment. Unfortunately, the failure of the ERA facilitated radical feminists infiltrating almost every nook and cranny of our institutions with no counterbalance for men. Had the ERA passed, there’s a good chance preferential treatment based on group identity would have rapidly gone...

Sex, Lies and the War on Men, rats exposed, thank you very much…

NCFM NOTE: In the article below, Sex, Lies, and the War on Men, James Taranto in the Wall Street Journal tells it like it is and feminists fume, thank you very much. But, James, you forgot to thank panties in a bunch Senator Claire McCaskill. To true is your revelation that she’s holding up...

NCFM Member Steven DeLuca, History Class, Women in the military, men paved the way with their lives

NCFM NOTE: The observations below about women in the military are in better context if you first read the last two posts. It’s certainly a matter of perspective? Our politicians get in a huff over one reversal of a military conviction, which of course would have never happened had the convicted service member been...

NCFM NOTE: Lt. Gen. Susan Helms, Air Force Academy Graduate, astronaut with four space missions, nominated by President Obama to serve as Vice Commander of the Air Force Space Command. NCFM Member Michael Conzachi — The epidemic of sexual assault in the military; or lack thereof

NCFM NOTE:  Sexual assault is wrong — period. Sexual assault resulting in injury and emotional trauma should be severely dealt with. But ever-expanding elitist feminist ideologically driven definitions can turn good soldiers into dishonorably discharged soldiers, especially male soldiers. Definitions must not include making someone ” feel uncomfortable” or telling someone they have a...

Wounded Warrior returns medals in protest over having to pay his ex-wife alimony from his disability checks.

How many male wounded warriors sacrificed to protect our freedoms just to have our government take away theirs by stealing their disability checks to pay alimony? Like many veterans, Scott Cameron, a decorated Vietnam a permanently disabled and unemployed wounded warrior, was ordered to pay his ex-wife $500 alimony from his military disability checks....

In The Face of Great Evil, an unbelievable tale of the destruction of a man and his family

NOTE: NCFM is nonpartisan and leans toward no particular religious or lack thereof preference. The article below is clearly the opposite. However, it would be difficult if not impossible to delete the obvious political and religious references without destroying or seriously impacting the other messages that are relevant to literally millions of adversely affected...

File a Federal Complaint

If you have specific instances of discrimination against male domestic violence victims by any government-funded DV program anywhere in the U.S., please send all evidence you have to the following federal agencies as a complaint, and state that this violates United States Code, Title 42, Section 3789d(c)(1). Give them as much evidence as you can. They are supposed to investigate it. After several months you may get a letter back saying there is "insufficient evidence" and that they need more information such as dates and times of the discrimination, names of the programs and contact info, names and contact info of witnesses, documents or records, and a detailed chronological narrative. So, re regarding evidence, the more the better. You can send the complaints by email, mail, or both. Send them to: Office of Civil Rights Office of Justice Programs U.S. Department of Justice 810 7th Street, NW Washington, DV 20531 Office of the Inspector General inspector.general@usdoj.gov oig.hotline@usdoj.gov
