One of these sites is supported by the newspaper, giving a one-sided view. The reporters views and it appears the DA's office have been bloging. Thank you to all for whatever intelligent assistance can be rendered, as compared to the slander on these sites.
Thank you for the excellent website! I'm Ben Vonderheide, aka Daddy Justice, and I've been fighting against false accusations by my ex-paramour who took my son and started accusing me of everything under the sun to try to put me in jail. A local man here in Pennsylvania has written a book based on my struggle against the legal system that automatically assumes that the woman is the victim and the man is the perpetrator. Please help Dyreal Lee Wilson. He was living with a girl in Texas and they had one daughter. She was about 5 months pregnant when they broke up. Shortly afterward she called him and said she lost the baby. He was devestated. He is a very good father to his daughter and raised her since she was a new born (the monther was incarcerated for child neglect.) When she got out she took the daughter to live with family in Ft. Worth but kept coming to see him every week. Then after the split she called him and told him the baby boy died. He was heart broken. Two months ago he found out that she gave the baby boy up for adoption to a California Adoption agency. Of course he wants his child. He does not have a lot of money but can pay something along with family's help. The agency is trying to force him to sign some documents. The notary in Texas gave us a copy without being officially served. Because once he serves him, they claim we only have 30 day's or it all over and he looses his son forever. Please I heard your organization help father's fight illegal adoptions. Can you help him. Thanks
Please help Harry Marcum. He is my brother and he is being railroaded by the Hunderton County Prosecuters office. His own court appointed attorney hasn't helped him at all. We as family can't see him, and don't have the chance to talk to him before any court hearing. We know that he was wrongly accused of endangering the welfare of a minor and touching his own neice. Not 1 person has asked the family any questions. His own attorney called his Father-in-law and told him that my brother admited to being naked with our neice. My brothers attorney, David Hamilton actually cohersed my brother into taking a deal that would give him 4 years with a possibility of probation after 18 months. The judge would not take into effect any time already served. There is alot of information about this you need to hear. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? We can't even afford to get him out on bail. He hasn't even had any bail reduction hearings since he was arrested and that was 6 weeks ago.
