NCFM Adisor Gordon Finley, Ph.D, Paycheck Fairness Act: The Big Lie

Paycheck Fairness Act:  The Big Lie Sadly, the Obama administration  has told so many lies about men and women it is hard to know how low it will go.  The baseless 77 cents on the dollar and equal pay for equal work lies are excellent examples of The Big Lie Propaganda Technique since the work...

NCFM Advisor Gordon Finely on why do bar associations oppose alimony reform? $$!

NCFM NOTE: Notice the editorial below opposing alimony reform says, “If she finds herself divorced after 16 years, she would be expected to re-enter the workforce and become fully self-supporting within eight years. This simply ignores the harsh realities of today’s job market, and it tells parents they cannot risk staying home with their...

NCFM Advisor Gordon Finley, Ph.D, Support alimony reform and equal shared parenting

Alimony laws are archaic and need revision. This is a historic opportunity to do just that. Mr. Finley, the group Floriday Alimony Reform, and numerous other organizations and individuals have labored for years for these reforms. If the good governor of Florida signs the reforms into law it will signal other states to do...

NCFM sends letter to Congress to Stop the Violence Against Women Act’s War on Men

The “War on Women” essentially is a power and control grab and guilt trip diversion by the National Organization of Women (NOW) cartel.  No one is waging war on women. However, it is impossible to rationally conclude that political forces are not waging “War on Men.” The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) is center...

NCFM Adviser Gordon Finley, Ph.D, “The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and The War on Men”

The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and the War on Men Gordon E. Finley, Ph.D. The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) arguably is one of the most misguided pieces of legislation ever passed by Congress. Family finances caught in cross hairs of alimony bill Waking up over coffee after a long trip to Tallahassee to attend the Florida Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on SB 748 (alimony), I came to a startling realization. The finances of Florida families are in the cross hairs. Florida’s citizens must make a choice and...

File a Federal Complaint

If you have specific instances of discrimination against male domestic violence victims by any government-funded DV program anywhere in the U.S., please send all evidence you have to the following federal agencies as a complaint, and state that this violates United States Code, Title 42, Section 3789d(c)(1). Give them as much evidence as you can. They are supposed to investigate it. After several months you may get a letter back saying there is "insufficient evidence" and that they need more information such as dates and times of the discrimination, names of the programs and contact info, names and contact info of witnesses, documents or records, and a detailed chronological narrative. So, re regarding evidence, the more the better. You can send the complaints by email, mail, or both. Send them to: Office of Civil Rights Office of Justice Programs U.S. Department of Justice 810 7th Street, NW Washington, DV 20531 Office of the Inspector General inspector.general@usdoj.gov oig.hotline@usdoj.gov
