NCFM sends letter to Congress to Stop the Violence Against Women Act’s War on Men

The “War on Women” essentially is a power and control grab and guilt trip diversion by the National Organization of Women (NOW) cartel.  No one is waging war on women. However, it is impossible to rationally conclude that political forces are not waging “War on Men.” The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) is center...

Virginia Attorney General blocks falsely accused Jonathan Montgomery’s release from prison

NCFM NOTE: Whatever happens you can be assured that false accuser Ms. Elizabeth Paige Cost will not suffer prison as did the young man she falsely accused, Jonathan Montgomery. Is it a double edged sword? If we start sending false accusers to jail we may discourage future false accusers while deterring those who have already...

J. Scott Davis takes a dive for Kellett, provincial cronyism at work in America…

NCFM NOTE: This is another installment in the horrific story of a man who refused to be railroaded by our judicial system and feminist jurisprudence. It is a story of  systematic corruption and cronyism. An American story of shame… Please read and help out as the articles author, Paul Elam, requests.   By Paul...

NCFM VP Marc Angelucci, Esq., comments on Berlin Conference on Male Troubles

Again, they’re way ahead of us.  “Men in Germany, Austria and Switzerland have all come together in their respective countries in recent years to establish associations focusing on problems facing males and the Austrian Labor Ministry has even created a section devoted specifically to the subject. In 2004, the ministry held the first ever...

NCFM Member Elijah Ward, “Never give up!”, the fourth installment in a continuing series

Jeff entered into the New Hampshire divorce courts like most fathers.  Using no-fault divorce, his wife sued him, filed a motion for a secret hearing, where his children were taken from him, a monthly payment for child support was ordered to prevent his being able to afford representation, and a guardian ad litem was...

NCFM Member Elijah Ward, the third installment in a continuing series, “How to Eat a Guardian ad Litem for lunch”

After the fathers in New Hampshire got together in recent years via social media, we came to realize that even though the facts of our cases were different, the courts treated our cases in similar ways.  Sequential actions were conducted that first took our children away in secret hearings that we had no recourse...

Vladek Filler faces political imprisonment while persecuting ADA Mary Kellett may go unsanctioned after disciplinary hearing

NCFM NOTE: Despicable cronyism at it’s blatant worse. It’s hard to dig up enough words to describe this sham under the guise of justice. The people of Maine are paying huge salaries for district attorneys to persecute rather than prosecute. Maybe the label “Damn Yankees” is appropriate here. How come the citizens of Maine...

File a Federal Complaint

If you have specific instances of discrimination against male domestic violence victims by any government-funded DV program anywhere in the U.S., please send all evidence you have to the following federal agencies as a complaint, and state that this violates United States Code, Title 42, Section 3789d(c)(1). Give them as much evidence as you can. They are supposed to investigate it. After several months you may get a letter back saying there is "insufficient evidence" and that they need more information such as dates and times of the discrimination, names of the programs and contact info, names and contact info of witnesses, documents or records, and a detailed chronological narrative. So, re regarding evidence, the more the better. You can send the complaints by email, mail, or both. Send them to: Office of Civil Rights Office of Justice Programs U.S. Department of Justice 810 7th Street, NW Washington, DV 20531 Office of the Inspector General inspector.general@usdoj.gov oig.hotline@usdoj.gov
