On May 25, 2017, Digital Hollywood’s DigiFest awards and The Red Pill just won the Women In Film award Award!

Thanks to one courageous young film producer, Cassie Jay of Jaye Bird Productions, and hundreds of well-meaning and dedicated Men’s Rights activists who over the last century or so set the stage for Cassie’s film the Red Pill, the world now has the opportunity to see first hand the difference between contemporary feminism and the men’s rights movement.

We are excited that Marc (and other NCFM members in the film or not) are often able to attend showings of the Red Pill and be a part of the change the movie is making.

You may want to double-check Mr. Anglelucci’s notes about what he saw or heard at this year’s DigiFest, because The Red Pill, although it did receive an award, did not receive “Best Picture” award as reported in this article. Instead, The Red Pill won the Women In Film award, which was one of many awards handed out during this year’s three-day DigiFest. Here’s an excerpt from an accurate report about what The Red Pill was awarded:

The Red Pill, a documentary about the men’s rights movement, won the award for Women In Film at this year’s Digital Hollywood Digifest.

Cassie Jaye, the filmmaker behind the popular film The Red Pill, won the Women In Film award at the Digital Hollywood conference for film industry professionals. The DigiFest Film Festival takes place during the conference and is co-sponsored by Women In Film, Hollyshorts, and NALIP.

After considering hundreds of films, just 15 were chosen by judges as finalists, and only five awards were presented to filmmakers at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles. It was then that the Women In Film organization awarded The Red Pill movie the Women In Film Award.

You may want to nudge your headline writer, here and on your home page, to correct your erroneous text that The Red Pill won any “Best Picture” award.
