Forced Labor

April 15, 2011

...but we never talk about indentured men... do we? Every wonder why?

For years, the Forced Labour Convention of 1930 exempted “able-bodied males” between ages 18 and 45 from the ban on slavery and forced labor. See Article 11.

And although the exemption was eventually eliminated, Article 2 still exempts prisoners and soldiers (90+% male).

Male slaves are frequently ignored by human rights laws and policies.

For example, male slaves in China have had trouble getting their slave-masters prosecuted because only women were protected from slavery.

What is going on towards the spirits of man is truly disgusting .I have not taken medicine regular for depression and sever bouts since I was a child . I take it for one reason my heart is filled with disgust at the fact that I can work and I can not even rent in the ghettos of America.

I want minorities to know that have records that they are a "Protected Class " even if they have a record .

    Executive Order 11063
Executive Order 11063 prohibits discrimination in the sale, leasing, rental, or other disposition of properties and facilities owned or operated by the federal government or provided with federal funds.

Also complain to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) about unfair housing situation after all if you where living in low income housing with your kids when you where married how can you afford to pay child support .
It seems that if man wants more dignity more organizations will have to be created with U.N support . And much funding will be needed on a global level to ensure that responsible men can live here also .

    Dear elected official.

I am writing you in hopes of getting an injunction place on a law most states have, and create a federal law ensuring equal and fair rights for Father, Mother and Children. Elected official, do your children, my child and the children of the American people, do they have the right to know both parents? Learn their history and their trade to find out their own genealogy? Do they have that right? Since god saw fit to ensure that every child shares the biology of both parents. Then as an American elected official that is or was elected to serve and be a part of a god fearing nation, shouldn’t we as Americans promote and reassure both biological contributors by letter of law the god given right that our child can know who they are made of and what they believe in.

When a father and mother are known why does the law only automatically award one biological contributor over the other solely base on gender? Yet forces the other without court order to be no more than an unrepresented number on a check, is this equal and fair treatment under the law? As an American we are charge to uphold fair and equal law. From who can be president to who can raise are children. Is this what American stands for? Our constitution calls for it or are those just words on a paper? (“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter." Martin Luther King Jr.)

It is torture, knowing my country don’t recognize me. ( “There is no standard definition for the word 'father' in statutes across the States.” It is torture, knowing my country thinks and supports by law that it’s perfectly okay and lawful for a child that is 50% me, that look like me may never know me for no wrong doing of my own other than being a male. I would use the word father but our country America doesn’t legally recognize us; yet we have a holiday for what? (“ look upon an increase in the power of the State with the greatest fear because, although while apparently doing good by minimizing exploitation, it does the greatest harm to mankind by destroying individuality which lies at the heart of all progress… A government that is evil has no room for good men and women except in its prisons. (Gandhi”)

Guess because, I must be paraded in front of the courts and financially waterboarded by a panel of adjudicators and the legal system. Forced into suffering crying out I want to know my son, or to give up my god given right which is equivalent to dying in the attempt to become that in witch my country does not define. Is this right? I am told, even after spend thousands of dollar sell all my worldly possessions to pay court and layer fees, fighting years in court. Just to be told I will only ever be one point above a crack head and 99 points below a mother. For a mother is define by law but I am not. Even in the event I do win some form of custody the fruits of labor my child nature inheritance, has now been spent on what God has already gifted to them. I call it tax on God gifts.

Form Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi to Martin Luther King, Jr. their tormentor and oppressor often were government up holding their laws that revoked their nation there god given rights.

In the words of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. “The first question which the priest and the Levite asked was: 'If I stop to help this man, what will happen to me?' But…the good Samaritan reversed the question: 'If I do not stop to help this man, what will happen to him?" Martin Luther King Jr.

I can die for my country, yet I can’t live for my child… I believe in my country, why you don’t believe in me. I have done for my country is it okay to ask now? (words of a father)

In closing I end with this.

("I've got two daughters. Nine-years-old and six-years-old. I am going to teach them first of all about values and morals. " — Barack Obama, comments at a Pennsylvania town hall meeting on March 29th.)

Can I have the right to do the same?

    God bless American.

This is what I want the paper to be about. To make a federal law adding a standard definition for the word ‘father’ and gave automatic rights, join custody to both biological mothers and fathers once the father is known. I am asking for equal rights to be amendment to add this law.

(This what I think the law should be change to)

A father is a man whose legal relationship to a child is a man who is biological linked to human born to a woman to whom he is or is not married to at the time of the child's birth. There should be no law made enforced or carry out that deny a biological parent equal rights base on gender.

Mother is considered temporary automatic custodian until biological father come forward, an unmarried father or mother can only obtain custody if he/she seeks biological DNA matching or court intervention. DNA matches automatic joint custody without court order.

A putative father is defined as a man who may be the child’s biological father, but who is not married to the child’s mother on or before the date of the child’s birth and has not established his paternity through DNA or legal proceeding, and granted the right to have one DNA test performed.

That mean six month out the year each parent with the ability to provide for the child's needs should be able to care for the child a total of six mouths out the year no less than 29 days at a time. Without a court order automatic for biological mothers and fathers.

Outlines the procedure for a custody determination, whether during a divorce proceeding or just a custody proceeding. Judges examine several factors to determine an arrangement that will be in the best interests of the child. They include: (1) the relationship between each parent and the child; (2) each parent's ability to provide a stable environment; (3) each parent's ability to provide for the child's needs, like adequate housing, clothing, food, love, and medical care; (4) the child's preference, if the child is age 12 or older; and (5) any allegations of domestic violence or child abuse. (6) If one parents try's to deny this rights of the other biological parent ability to exercise their rights.

Honorable Men

The New Warrior community is a group of men who specially pride themselves on being honorable. Tim Goldich, President NCFM Chicago Chapter and author of, Loving Men, Respecting Women: The Future of Gender Politics joined that community several years ago. He came to realize just how vulnerable honorable men are to having their honor used against them. Our fate may indeed depend upon honorable conduct. To better understand how the misuse of Man’s honor is a root cause of issues and ideas found on this website you should first read Mr. Goldich’s article, The Honorable Man. It lights the way to understanding how The Honorable Man can be manipulated into becoming The Complacent Man.
