NCFM NOTE: This guy is stupid beyond belief. Judge McCree was barely hanging onto his judgeship after sending a nude picture of himself (waist up and buff) to his female bailiff. Her husband complained. Judge McCreep was censored. Then the jerk along with jerkessa Geniene La’Shay Mott played sex games in his office, get pregnant, and conspired to send Mott’s ex husband to jail for failure to pay child support! Who let this guy out of law school?
But it takes two to Karmasutra all over his desk, chairs, couch, floor… Ms. Mott must have known she was committing adultery. She surely knew that conspiring with the judge to send her ex husband to jail was at least tampering with justice. But the Wayne County Prosecutor’s office won’t charge her. The big bad man in the black robe did it all by himself. Can’t hold Mott responsible, she doesn’t have a penis. Regardless, Judge McCree’s egregious behavior warranted a formal complaint by NCFM. He has no business doing business as a judge. Click here to read the complaint. The one submitted was signed and notarized.
No criminal charges for woman who allegedly had affair with Wayne County judge, got pregnant
The Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement today that it won’t charge a woman who Wayne County Circuit Judge Wade H. McCree alleged “was stalking and attempting to extort him.”
“Our office routinely investigates allegations of conduct that could compromise the safety of a judge, the court personnel and the public,” Maria Miller, a spokeswoman for the office, said in a statement. “Based upon our investigation, it was determined that no criminal action would be taken against the woman. The entire matter is being referred to the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission.”
This announcement comes a day after Fox 2 News reported that McCree allegedly carried on an affair with the plaintiff in a child support case before him. Geniene La’Shay Mott claimed to the news station that she is pregnant with McCree’s child and shared text messages allegedly sent to her from the judge.
Wayne County Circuit Court records show that in March, Mott of Detroit was denied a request for a personal protection order for Robert King Jr., who is the father of her 6-year-old daughter. The records say Mott had King arrested on a felony charge for failing to pay child support and that he had posted bond. The records indicate that she had a previous personal protection order against King, who lives in Clinton Township, but that she did not renew it.
A message seeking comment was left on Mott’s voice mail. But she did address the situation on her Facebook page in a posting earlier today:
“Judge Wade McCree DID NOT do me any favors by putting Mr. King in jail. True he should not have discussed the case w/me but Robert King owes OVER $15,000 in child support & still isnt making payments. ANY judge would have sent him 2 jail..evrything else regarding my relationship wit Wade Mccree is as stated in the fox news story. Please pray for the innocent children both mine, his, & ours that are effected by jugde mccrees actions & also mine for getting involved w/this situation. Only myself, wade & GOD know all the details therefore ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE ME.”
A message seeking comment was left for King.
Wayne County Circuit Court records also show that McCree filed for divorce from his wife, LaVerne McCree, on Oct. 11, but the case was dismissed Nov. 28.
This is the second scandal involving the judge.
In October, McCree was reprimanded for sending a shirtless photograph of himself to a Wayne County Sheriff’s Office employee. The Michigan Supreme Court accepted a recommendation from the Judicial Tenure Commission and publicly censured McCree, who also was criticized for not taking the matter seriously while being interviewed by Fox 2 News reporter Charlie LeDuff.
While being interviewed by LeDuff in April about the photograph, McCree said: “There’s no shame in my game.”
No one answered the phone in McCree’s court this afternoon.

Judge McCree
Innocent until proven guilty, but the circumstantial evidence and supporting declarations certainly create the appearance of guilt. Hence, “if true”.
“if true”
you mean you’re not sure?
that’s not a good sign
