Half of all rape, and about one third of all accusations of domestic violence are false. Sadly, it is rare for a women to admit committing this evil act. Recently, Noemi Llorens admitted falsely accusing Eduard Pujol of sexual harassment, doing so “for political purposes.” 
However, Noemi does not get much credit because she only made this admission after she was criminally charged, and apparently on the condition Eduard would not also sue her. Most innocent men never get such an admission. In some cases they may be vindicated by legal proceedings–years after their lives, reputations, finances, occupation, and relationship with their children have been destroyed.

I’d like to contact Eric Nelson and others regarding a federal civil action I filed against the State of Washington, thurston county family court and a named case coordinator. I have not seen or spoken to my only son in over ten years. I was severely beaten and nearly killed by my ex wife who then used a DV women’s advocate attorney, false allegations and fabricated documents to completely erase me from her and my son’s life. The goal of my civil action is to 1.) raise awareness regarding the lack of procedural and substantive due process in civil DV cases IE mens rea, Res judicata, unelected commissioners, right to question evidence and face accuser and prejudice towards father etc. 2.) show my son that i’ve never given up on him. And 3.) create an avenue for change that addresses the issues of unconstitutional practices which lead to the severe bias parents experience during divorce. I am also interested in obtaining a brief in support from the ACLU and other organizations which could be extremely helpful in providing relief for not only my own but thousands of other cases.
