Thank you, as always, for your efforts, NCFM. However, do you anticipate this is now a dead-end with Hegseth indicating that women are incapable of serving in combat (even though Nadine Lewis clearly makes the case that 80% of the roles for drafted men are not combat-related)?
No. Absolutely not. If the DOD gives women an out, that is changes its policy about women being allowed in any and all combat roles, then the Supreme Court may have an out to kick it back to Congress, which they may do anyway. However, they are starting to look foolish…
Excellent. Would love to finally see justice on this issue…especially with two young boys.
