RAPID CITY, S.D. — The South Dakota Army National Guard Military Funeral Honors Team conducts a transfer of the remains of Sgt. 1st Class Arthur F. Jewett to a waiting hearse at the Army Aviation Support Facility at Rapid City Regional Airport Sept. 22. Jewett, a Korean War veteran, was missing-in-action in 1950 before the Army declared him dead two years later.
