In Kenya women violently abusing their husbands is fast becoming epidemic with over 4,600 reported cases just last year! These women slash their husbands with machetes, scald them, beat them with sticks, come close to killing them as some surely succeed. We will see more and more of this throughout the world until women are held accountable for the own actions and men begin putting their political feet down refusing to take any more abuse. Serious national boycotts as suggested here seems like as good a place to start standing tall as any other. If gender roles were reversed the United Nations would be sending in troops and the supremacist feminists that control the United States government would send billions in aide. If someone is coming at me with a machete man or woman they better watch out. I am not just going to stand there.
It's terrible beyond the power of words, but the notion that anyone would do anything about it if it was women, ignores the fact that it this is exactly what women face and have faced in many places for centuries and all without the responses you claim would immediately happen.
Violence is bad no matter who is doing it and no matter who is on the receiving end. Domestic violence is particularly insidious. That you look at a photo of a human being mauled as the man in the accompanying picture is, and view it opportunistically as a chance to further your personal bitch fight against equality is truely sad. You obviously do not care about men at all, because that's a man and he deserves better than being fodder for your silly bitch fight against having to do some dishes or change some nappies from time to time.
I think your suggestion that violence against women is ignored as much as it is against men falls down when you ask the question "who has heard of a violence against men program or policy – either in the third world or the west?"
What can we do for them?
