NCFM – another first! Gender Roles Discussion event at San Francisco Federal Building to address Men’s Issues

July 19, 2014
By

NCFM NOTE: Special thanks goes to NCFM San Francisco Chapter member Jeanne Falla for making this happen. It took her several months to arrange and coordinate this event. Rarely do we have the opportunity to take part in a discussion between a well-known women’s studies professor and an extremely knowledgeable MRA. We believe that’s never happened officially — not once anywhere –in a Federal venue like this one. We hope this event will encourage other government agencies to open their facilities for such discussions.

Thanks also goes to all those who helped Jeanne make this historic event happen.

NCFM membership is extensive, gender inclusive, well-meaning, and simply superb. NCFM gives me great pleasure by allowing me to help our membership make the world a better place for all of us. There’s no better group of people on the planet .

Harry Crouch, President, NCFM

NCFM invites you to Join us for a Discussion on Changing Gender Roles in Work and Family Life

Hello NCFM Members and Supporters:

You are cordially invited to help make history – by attending the first event to raise awareness about men’s issues in a federal office setting.  This upcoming discussion about changing gender roles will give equal airtime to the issues both sexes face, and will include NCFM Public Relations Director Stephen Svoboda as a guest speaker.  The struggles boys face in education, fatherlessness/lack of male role models, discrimination fathers face in family court and larger society are among the topics that will be aired and discussed.

I look forward to seeing you at this FREE event.  Just remember to bring a your driver’s license or other government issued photo ID to get through building security.  Questions!  Just ask me at  jfalla@prodigy.net.
