NCFM is gearing up to file a lawsuit against the State of California for not having a Commission on the Status of Boys and Men.
The Global Initiative for Boys and Men has been hard at work, developing state reports to highlight the need for such commissions, including one for California that was just completed last week, which you can read below. Each report can cost up to $10,000 and take months or even years to complete and keep updated. Our upcoming lawsuit will cost at least $30,000, similar to the one we filed against the Selective Service System earlier this year.
In Washington there is a real chance the state legislature might create a commission in the upcoming session. Other states are showing promise too, with reports either in development or already completed. This has been a long journey, taking years of dedication from many committed activists and equal rights organizations, including NCFM.
We are grateful to have the resources to support a growing team of caring, proactive, skilled, and talented individuals who take action rather than just talk about itโa term Marc Angelucci, Esq., cleverly coined as โyacktion.โ To our members and supporters, thank you.
Please let me know if you would like to get involved: president @ ncfm . org .

NCFM update Boys and Men Commissions

You filled cases for a commission for boys and men in california. But the whole other states doesnt have any and needs a commission for this. When would you file case against those states?
Secondly, globally, there arent any commission for boys and men. How this would be solved?
There is no immediate solution. Once we get a few established others will soon follow.
