Opening an investigation is not the same as determining the complaint is valid. However, it does mean that the complaint, or a large part thereof, has been reviewed, carefully considered, and found sufficient on its face to warrant further investigation.
We would like to thank Kursat Pekgoz for drafting the original complaint. Upon review, further investigation and inquiries from OCR we modified the complaint to more accurately reflect our concerns and ensure some of the allegations were valid. It appears that thus far this has been a successful effort. We have no way of knowing how long it will take OCR to complete their investigation. It could take years. Regardless, we are pleased that much of our complaint was found suitable for investigation.
