    Dear National Coalition for Men,

I am writing to you in the hopes of seeking support for my brother, Cesar Arenas, who has been unjustly convicted and sentenced yesyerday to 40 years in prison for a sexual crime based solely on the testimony of one individual and without any physical evidence to support the allegations against him.

We strongly believe that my brother is innocent and that the accuser has a history of making false accusations and has mental health issues that render her an unreliable witness. We are in desperate need of support to pursue an appeal and establish my brother’s innocence.

I am reaching out to your organization because we understand that you are dedicated to advocating for the wrongly convicted. We are hopeful that you may be able to provide us with legal resources and support to pursue this appeal.

If there are any other suggestions or resources you could provide us with, we would be very grateful. We are in a difficult situation and are reaching out to organizations like yours for help.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

    Sincerely,

    Liliana Arenas
