The Unites States Department of Education Office of Civil Rights (OCR) dismissed our 2020 case against the University of Pennsylvania about discriminating against male students because of their sex in scholarships, programs, activities, and initiatives. The original complaint was authored by Kursat Pekgoz.
“…during OCR’s investigation, the University either eliminated the program and/or fellowship or changed its website to remove any sex preference or restriction from the criteria for the program and/or fellowship. OCR reviewed the University’s website with regard to these allegations most recently on August 8, 2024.” However, OCR accepted the University’s claim that scholarships, programs, activities, and initiatives with Women but not Men in the title were gender inclusive, even though such titles dissuade many male students from participating because they know the activity is centered around women. Such titles by themselves are discriminatory.
Envision Wokenocchio, Ph. D, the puppet wonder, swathed in the grandeur of academic robes that would make any supercilious DEI dean green with self-righteousness indignation and unlimited government funds. The robes, a cascade of velvety maroon trimmed with golden threads of witlessness, flow around him like a river of groupthink misandry. The sleeves wide and embellished with intricate symbols standing for various disciplines from new mathematics 2+2 is five to gender studies to the theatrical masks of obliviousness and endless tragedy. The hood, lined with soft silk, bears the colors of its radicalized institution, while the mortarboard sits jauntily atop a wooden head, tassel swinging with each nod of its dual faces. And let us not forget the most important accessory – the nose-friendly monocle, allowing Wokenocchio to scrutinize the fine print of his connected ways of knowing propaganda even though it risks endless nose-grows. Truly, these robes are not just a fashion statement, but a testament to the scholarly journey of a puppet who has become an expert in dangerous ideological sleight-of-hand and mind-altering shenanigans! Strings attached to OCR monikered Women Program Protector Disregard the Obvious.
NCFM
Very impressive work by NCFM here.
This is a real example “raising awareness.” Usually I frown on “raising awareness” as it seldom has consequences, but in this case a blow against indifference toward this issue is magnified to the point of compelled action. Again, great job. Thank you.
