American men are reacting in a very dramatic manner with regard to gender discrimination against men in and outside of the military by refusing the enlist in the military in massive numbers. This is inclusive of both the active duty and reserve military.As a result, there has been a dramatic decrease in both our active duty and reserve military forces.The continued refusal of the political and judicial establishments to justly address these inequities towards men, therefore,will lead to a continuation of the dramatic decline of the US Military.Thank you, NCFM, for your legal and other efforts to appropriately address this problem.

I pray you are right. With the 2025 NDAA passed by the house it now mandates automatic registration for males only. I also pray the the Senate version removes automatic registration in its entirety or keeps automatic registration for all, including women. The Heritage Foundation is already suffering a coronary at the mere thought of a gender neutral registration. The conservative will do whatever they can do to prevent true equality for both men and women. So sad.
Bob, i am confident we will win because this is a very straightforward obvious gender discrimination and violation of the equal protection clause. And yes there is a big conservative opposition to women being included in the SS. However there will be a huge impact if it is the NCFM that won this in the Supreme Court and not Congress amending the SS before we get to it. I’m confident it will all work out in our favour.
