NCFM NOTE:
It is no surprise that the Selective Service System filed a Memorandum to dismiss our case claiming among other things that NCFM has no standing because we are NCFM, and the other plaintiffs have no standing because they registered. No matter that the 2025 National Defense Authorization Act, all military branches (even the Marines), and 98% of our Congressional representatives favor women being required to register. One must wonder what fuels resistance by the SSS. Why the fight? The SSS attorneys are the same ones who participated in our first lawsuit again the SSS. They sent their condolences, which was thoughtful, for Marc Angelucci, Esq., who led our first lawsuit against the SSS. We thank Nadine Lewis, Esq. for now representing us and all her hard work.
