If you have been following this case, you will recall that last year the lower court dismissed NCFM v. Selective Service System as premature (not "ripe") because the military had not completely implemented its new policy of allowing women to hold combat positions. NCFM Vice-President Marc Angelucci, Esq., our attorney, appealed to…

Mission StatementSince 1977, NCFM has been committed to ending harmful discrimination and stereotypes against boys, men, their families and the women who love them.We are a gender inclusive, nonpartisan, ethnically diverse organization that effects civil rights reform through advocacy, education, outreach, services and litigation. |
Thank you, as always, for your efforts, NCFM. However, do you anticipate this is now a dead-end with Hegseth indicating that women are incapable of serving in combat (even though Nadine Lewis clearly makes the case that 80% of the roles for drafted men are not combat-related)?

Excellent. Would love to finally see justice on this issue…especially with two young boys.
Thank you, Attorney Nadine Lewis, for filing this great appellate brief against the male only military draft registration and male only military draft.
Excellent job from our counsel Nadine Lewis!
