Ligia threatens to kill people including police, cut them up in little pieces, is not charged with any crime, and then, unbelievably, she is found by the prosecution to be otherwise credible concerning her accusation of spousal rape, a rape she apparently alleged occurred a decade earlier.
In the absence of any credible evidence Mary Kellet manages to convict a man who from all appearances is innocent.
Make sense? Understand how that works?
Don’t charge or prosecute people who threaten to kill others because she is an emotionally distraught woman. But, do everything possible to convict a good father even when the person alleging rape is mentally unstable and threatens to kill police.
Why is he a good father? Who knows. Maybe he loves his children. But after being charged with rape Maine’s child protective services granted Vladek 100% physical and legal custody of his children AND allowed all of them to move out of Maine.

To Perseus, it has come to this because nobody will listen. Pls, read my letters on my wall and comment. I can't even get the staff of NCFM to read my wall and comment. I have a case that is better than L. Filler (better because I have 10X the hard evidence, not a he said she said case).
