The Supreme Court rejected an amicus brief from Wendy Murphy, who claimed her Equal Means Equal v. Trump case was the only one representing women’s interests and urged the Court to consider it alongside NCFM’s petition. Her filing was months late and procedurally improper, and the Court refused to accept it.
