NCFM thanks Governor Ron DeSantis for defending the lone juror in the Lindsay Clancy case and offering Florida as a refuge amid harassment. His stand affirms that jurors must be free to deliberate without fear, protecting the integrity of due process and the constitutional right to independent judgment.
