NCFM Complaint to NPR re sexism triggers Ombudsman’s response and over 700 comments, “Sexism, Only This Time About Men”

NCFM NOTE: This is somewhat out of date order since we posted a subsequent response before reading the following article. Nonetheless our complaint triggered a massive discussion with over 700 comments on NPR Ombudsman’s website. Please notice NPR uses the proper name, “Ombudsman” rather than the PC Ombudsperson… interesting. We need more national conversations...

NCFM Member Ray Licht response from NPR Ombudsman adds more evidence of sexism!

NCFM NOTE: NCFM filed a formal complaint with the NPR Ombudsman too. We have yet to receive a reply. Anyone who listens to NPR, even for the shortest of time, cannot miss the bias against men, especially on their national shows. How anyone can come to another conclusion escapes me, unless paid to do...

NCFM – another first! Gender Roles Discussion event at San Francisco Federal Building to address Men’s Issues

NCFM NOTE: Special thanks goes to NCFM San Francisco Chapter member Jeanne Falla for making this happen. It took her several months to arrange and coordinate this event. Rarely do we have the opportunity to take part in a discussion between a well-known women’s studies professor and an extremely knowledgeable MRA. We believe that’s...

NCFM files opening appellate brief in NCFM v. Selective Service System

If you have been following this case, you will recall that last year the lower court dismissed NCFM v. File a Federal Complaint

If you have specific instances of discrimination against male domestic violence victims by any government-funded DV program anywhere in the U.S., please send all evidence you have to the following federal agencies as a complaint, and state that this violates United States Code, Title 42, Section 3789d(c)(1). Give them as much evidence as you can. They are supposed to investigate it. After several months you may get a letter back saying there is "insufficient evidence" and that they need more information such as dates and times of the discrimination, names of the programs and contact info, names and contact info of witnesses, documents or records, and a detailed chronological narrative. So, re regarding evidence, the more the better. You can send the complaints by email, mail, or both. Send them to: Office of Civil Rights Office of Justice Programs U.S. Department of Justice 810 7th Street, NW Washington, DV 20531 Office of the Inspector General inspector.general@usdoj.gov oig.hotline@usdoj.gov
